I washed and dried the blanket because it was well packaged and squished with so many fold creases. It is soft but compared to the vellux blanket we have now,that is 4-5 years old and has been through several washings already, this one feels quite feeble, thin, not going to last long? Sorry I can't tell you what it's like after a couple years use, but I would obviously forget to do that 5 years down the line. Would of given it only 2 stars, but the price isn't bad...comparable to the product. If it helps, it says "WestPoint Home-Made in China" on the tag. Good luck |
